Alex and I have been married more than 30 years and have been practicing domestic discipline and Dominance and submission on and off for several years. This blog is a way to make sense of this journey and to give me another way to let him know what I am thinking and feeling.

I am a strong, smart, college educated woman with three wonderful children. Our marriage has been strengthened by Dd and D/s. We don’t always get it right but we continue to try and work and the journey is more than worth it.

I am incredibly grateful to others in the blogging community that I continue to learn from. I hope that my musings will also help others who are practicing or considering incorporating Dd into their own lives.
